I took this picture with my iPhone, standing in my front porch. With the naked eye, the aurora looked like a faint cloud, but even with a short exposure, the camera was able to capture the colors and details, including the few real clouds in the sky. The bright star near the horizon is the love of my life, who was enjoying the show with me.
